Question 3. 

a) Toxic plants:  Inkbessie.
                         Naboom.  
                         Nastergal.  

b) It is for the safety of you and and the safety of the animals. If a guest or an animal eats the toxic plant or mabe by accident fell into the plant, they could get poisoned and get verry sick or die. The human body or the animals can not handle the toxins. So it is best if you do not plant this near humans or animals.
